A very well balanced, multi-layered nose with notes of juniper, mace, allspice and other spices, complemented by subtle notes of citrus zest and herbal hints with a menthol-like effect. Beautifully full-bodied on the palate, pleasantly soft, with prominent savoury notes, and an ethereal, peppery finish. A very intense, well-balanced gin from Zurich.
