Tasting from 24.10.2025: Alexander Thürer, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Roland Graf, Erhard Ruthner, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Irene Forni, Hermann Botolen

Cloudy dark yellow colour and an extremely intense aroma of passion fruit, followed by yuzu zest on the second nose. Pleasantly unsweet, again the acidic freshness of the passion fruit comes through nicely, easily customisable to personal preference with soda!
