Tasting from 29.10.2020: Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach

Very fresh, juniper-driven aroma, with vivid notes of alpine herbs and a hint of citrus. Beautifully round and balanced on the palate with a clear herbal note. Harmonious, classic style that nevertheless shows a great deal of independence. Universally applicable.
