Bright amber colour with a subtle light gold. Very fresh on the nose, with elegant vegetal notes, some elderberry, citrus, reminiscent of white chocolate on the finish. Piquant, precise on the palate, with lots of juiciness and drive, arrow-sharp, slightly bitter undertone, lingers for a long time.
