Das Gold aus dem Mühlviertel.
Der Single Malt Whisky von Peter Affenzeller – das sprichwörtliche „Gold aus dem Mühlviertel“ – hat eine wunderschöne goldene Farbe und entwickelt am Gaumen einen vollen Geschmack mit sehr feinen, subtilen und runden Noten. Wie es der Tradition entspricht ist auch dieser Single Malt zur Gänze aus Gerstenmalz gebrannt. Das Getreide dafür stammt zu 100 % aus eigenem Anbau und wird mit frischem Quellwasser aus dem Mühlviertler Hochland vermischt. Bedingt durch das Naturmaterial Holz besitzt jedes Fass zudem individuelle, außergewöhnliche, vielfältige und einzigartige Geschmacksnuancen. Lagerzeit: 6 Jahre. Empfohlene Trinktemperatur: 21 Grad Zimmertemperatur.

The aroma offers ripe stone fruits, molasses sweetness and some vanilla wood. A mild texture on the palate reveals some salted caramel. Medium finish.
