Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

Sweetish, "fizzy" citrus aromas on the nose, with menthol side notes also evident. The palate is spicier, reminiscent of marshmallow, before it goes to the soft finish.
