Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

Bright shiny amber with orange reflections. Elegant aroma of acacia honey and raisins, also subtle meadow herbs, white rose, a touch of marzipan. Smooth on entry, in fine interplay between sweetness and savouriness, open-hearted on the palate, noble, almost oily in its development, balanced and long on the finish.
