The aroma is slightly tart and herbal, with earthy juniper and a hint of smoked green pepper. Powerful sharpness on the palate right from the start, which lasts until the end. In addition, a fairly mild mouthfeel overall, light citrus and a hint of paprika. Distinctive chilli heat sets the tone.
