Tasting from 18.10.2024: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Colourless and light, slightly viscous. Brackish notes, Mediterranean scrub, thyme and mastic bush immediately stand out on the nose. Finally, some maritime notes. Notes of white flowers, herbs such as thyme and mastic bush, followed by equally delicate, fruity citrus aromas. Fresh and mineral on the palate.
