Tasting from 27.03.2026: Roland Graf, Erhard Ruthner

Light yolk yellow, egg sponge cake and wine chadeau come to mind. Very creamy, round and balanced, the vanilla notes are followed by a light alcohol touch that acts as a good counterbalance to the smooth creamy melt. "Exemplary"!
