Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

Very classic nose with lots of juniper with green pepper, fennel seed and coriander. The palate is restrained, the overall picture complex and viscous. Finishes with some nut butter, almond skins and subtle spice notes. Grandiose but also pure.
