Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

Opens on clear nuances of freshly cut blood orange, dried lemon zest, a touch of cinnamon, nutmeg and violet. The aromas are reflected on the palate, very clear and precise fruit, pleasant and balanced. Persistent flavours of spice with a slightly warming finish. An excellent spirit.
