Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

Basic citrus aromas on the nose with savoury accents. On the palate lemon and apple, a slight spiciness of candied ginger shines through. Lots of acidity on the finish. Refreshing.
