Tasting from 30.04.2021: Benjamin Herzog

The Boulevardier is a variation on the classic Negroni. The gin is replaced by bourbon. This is clearly recognisable on the nose, lots of oak, some herbs and lemon zest. Wonderfully dense and round on the palate. Very intense and long-lasting.
