Tasting from 23.06.2023: Erhard Ruthner und Roland Graf

Salmon pink robe and a fruit-driven, slightly sweet raspberry scent, along with quinine-like bitters and fresh acidity. Then on the palate, almost Isabella grapes and a mix of flavours as fruity as they are tart. Reminiscent of Americano at times.
