Tasting from 25.04.2025: Alexander Thürer

Rich basil notes dominate the nose, wonderfully tart and slightly ethereal. The cordial retains this character even when mixed with soda or still water. Tart basil, a slight acidity of fruity citrus and a sweetness that is not too pronounced make for a refreshing drink. Also goes well with tonic water.
