Very pale, brilliant yellow colour. Complex and harmonious on the nose with notes of juniper, thyme, fresh fruit, nutmeg, spices and chamomile as well as a fine balsamic flavour. Fresh, balanced and round on the palate. Exceptionally fresh on the finish.
