Falstaff Wineguide Switzerland 2022

Rimuss & Strada Wein AG is based in picturesque Hallau and is one of Switzerland's largest producers of wines, sparkling wines and grape juices. They employ around 45 people today in a place where the Romans used the fertile soil to grow vines. The winery has been owned by Graubünden entrepreneur Andrea Davaz since 2017. Under his management, the winery's appearance was modernised and a focus was placed on sparkling wine production using the tank fermentation method.
