Weingut Bremer
Self Description
Calcareous marl is the primary soil type of Zellertal in the northwest of Pfalz, a good foundation for Burgundy varieties. But the "Schwarzer Herrgott" vineyard, which is better suited for Riesling, is also part of the winery's portfolio. Riesling, made there, once again, is dense and vibrant. The Pinot Noir site "Apotheker", in turn, produces a wine of impressive seriousness. Our tip is the amazingly affordable semi-dry (feinherb) communal Riesling, which caresses the palate.
