Falstaff Wine Guide Germany 2026

After the flood of 2021, the Recher winery has found its rhythm and its line again pleasingly quickly. That's what owner Wolfgang Schulze-Icking tells us, and that's also what the wines show. To demonstrate the beneficial effects of bottle ageing, the winery sent us the 2022 vintage again, which is a good thing: The single-vineyard wines combine substance with elegance and precise fruit with a subtle woody flavour. Congratulations on the promotion! And now, after completing her studies, daughter Annika, the fourth generation of the family, is also actively involved. We are excited.
