Yellow-fruity bouquet of pear, yellow apple and peach, underpinned by subtle nuances of star anise and wood. Creamy on the palate with subtle, citrusy acidity, a hint of salt and peppery spice. Medium-long finish with vanilla and fine tart herbal spice.
