Medium orange-gold color with coppery highlights and a fine effervescence. A clean bouquet of hay flowers, quince, and dried figs. On the palate: white apple, a hint of chamomile, a touch of lemon, noticeable sweetness on the finish, delicate red berry notes, harmonious, lingering, with lime and St. John’s wort in the aftertaste.
