Tasting from 07.02.2025: Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Peter Moser

Rather dark amber. Notes of nuts, raisins and some caramel on the nose, beautiful wood savouriness, subtle honey. Initially sweet on the palate, again with distinctive oxidation notes. Beautiful fullness, subtle grip, finishes slightly salty and long.
