Intensely fragrant: black cherry with some ripe patina, new wood, chocolate sprinkles, elderberry, herbs, buttery tones. The palate is dense, intensely full-bodied, grainy but mellow tannin, has a lively acidity alongside the high alcohol, finishes with new wood aromas.
