Tasting from 24.04.2026: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Deep golden brown, brass reflections. Delicately nutty and smoky notes of arancini, fine precious wood spice, some nougat caramel, subtle dried fig notes. Juicy, ripe stone fruit, delicate, integrated sweetness at the core, fresh acidity, appears filigree and delicate, lime and nougat on the finish, finesse-rich and at the same time light-footed style.
