Smoky notes meet citrus freshness, with pear and pastry nuances, elegant and fresh, yet with wonderful, mature notes. Wonderfully creamy on the palate with notes of candied lemon peel, some apple and spicy smokiness. Saline, chalky, juicy and long finish.
