Tasting from 24.04.2026: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Strong golden yellow, brass reflections, fine honey note underlaid with candied orange zest, a hint of dried apricot, underlaid with candied mandarin zest, floral touch, attractive bouquet. Juicy, silky texture, fruit sweetness delicately balanced by a finesse-rich acid structure, a hint of hazelnut, fine honey on the finish, minerality, a classic Malmsey, in the light-footed style of the house.
