Medium golden yellow with silver reflections and a fine, persistent mousse. Delicate cookie, ripe yellow pomaceous fruit and orange marmalade on the nose, with lemongrass, meadow herbs and roasted nuts in the background. Taut on the palate with a core of white apple and a fine acid structure. It's a vinous, well adhering style, with mineral accents on the finish. A finesse-rich food companion. (PM).
