The red wine Viña Mayor Reserva, vintage 2016 from the winery Bodegas Viña Mayor has been rated in 2022 by Dominik Vombach, Benjamin Herzog with 90 Falstaff points.
Intense bouquet with notes of caramel, coconut and white chocolate. Also hints of dried plum and sour cherry as well as redcurrant and blackberry. Comparatively elegant on the palate, with soft acidity, red and dark berries and sour cherry. Fine, slightly noticeable tannin, long finish.
