On the nose: cinnamon, clove and other woody aromas, but also intense black cherry fruit. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied, with a rich load of fine-grained, mellow tannins on the mid-palate and a rather mild acidity leading into an aromatic finish that is still comparatively closed. Good potential!
