Fruity, savoury bouquet with notes of ripe plum, blackberry, redcurrant and sour cherry. Also hints of savoury spices, some liquorice and floral notes. Lots of dark and red berry fruit on the palate, a ripe acidity, a distinct extraction and sweetness, polished tannins and a long finish.
