Dark ruby, purple reflections, delicate edge brightening. Fine oak savouriness, dark berries, black cherry and some cardamom, with bourbon vanilla in the background. Juicy, ripe heart cherry, round tannins, fresh structure, mineral aftertaste, accessible, a versatile, finely spiced food companion.
