Tasting from 25.02.2022: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Notes of dried plum, wild berries, cassis and sour cherry on the nose. Hints of liquorice, black pepper and caramel. Elegant on the palate, with ripe, fresh acidity and aromas of mulberry, blackberry and sour cherry as well as slightly animalistic traits and a fine spiciness. Compact, youthful tannins and a long, spicy finish.
