Tasting Notes

93+
Tasting from 14.09.2022: Ulrich Sautter

A complex aroma: cranberry compote, malt, thyme, red and black currant, milk chocolate. Also something "stony". The powerful palate is filled with very dense, sandy tannins, a delicate astringency shows the youth of the wine, the background of light viscosity, strone tactile minerality and juicy fruit points to very good certain ageing potential.
