Bright straw yellow with green reflections. On the nose, white peach, grapefruit, a touch of pear drop and a subtle hint of pepper. Rich fruit on the palate, lush, with a very fine-grained mousse, almost effervescent, a slightly metallic and bitter note on the medium finish.
