The red wine Barolo DOCG Cannubi, vintage 2020 from the winery Damilano has been rated in 2024 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Barolo in Italy.
Brilliant ruby red colour with garnet reflections. Intense aroma of ripe cherries, plums and wild berries on the nose, framed by leather and undergrowth, some dried rose petals in the background, very complex. On the palate with good flow, very balanced, the tannins are ripe and fine-grained, ending with drive on the long finish.
