Fleshy, fruity bouquet with notes of blackberry and raspberry, light cherry and plum. In addition, a vivid herbal spiciness with dried thyme and some nutmeg. Smooth attack on the palate, soft acidity, bright red berry fruit, cherry, lots of savouriness and slightly noticeable tannin on the long finish.
