Tasting from 19.04.2024: Gerhild Burkard

Initially fresh whey, yellow, ripe fruit, aniseed followed by fennel herb and fresh peach compote with a delicate scent of white roses in the air. Creamy on the palate and at the same time mouth-watering, agile acidity with a subtle note of beeswax. This exceptional Chenin is full of character and balanced without being overpowering.
