The red wine »Faugères Les Amandiers«, vintage 2021 from the winery Château de la Liquière has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 90+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Syrah, Grenache, Carignan, Mourvèdre
Fruity, dark berries and cherries, but also very floral. On the palate, the power of Languedoc is evident, but also the freshness of the altitude in Faugères, juiciness dominates the ripe, fine-grained tannins, the wine finishes crisp and fruity.
