The spicy green of jalapeño peppers teases the nose before riper, rounder flavours of peach and lemon follow. Those same flavours characterise the flowing, juicy palate: stone fruit laced with lemon and wonderfully fern-tinged overtones of pepper and lime that take you to a full-flavoured, very zesty finish.
