Tasting from 13.09.2024: Ulrich Sautter

Fine, cool aromas of red currants, raspberries, wild strawberries, blood orange, dark chocolate, pine needles, subtle toasted notes and a touch of smoke. Fine and tightly knit on the palate with fresh, pronounced fruit, flanked by delicate acidity and fine-grained tannins. A very elegant style with definite ageing potential.
