Tasting from 14.02.2025: Ulrich Sautter

Pale pastel colour. Strawberry and sweet cherry on the nose, but also herbal and spicy undertones. The palate structure is easy-drinking: the acidity is crisp and refreshing, and the multi-layered, fairly clear fruit makes you look forward to summer. Given the measured alcohol content, quick sips are forgiven. Good substance and length.
