Tasting from 26.04.2023: Ulrich Sautter

Pastel pink colour. A rather fine red berryish scent rises from the glass, joined by light balsamic tones. The palate flows linearly, with hints of greenness and firm acidity in a deep, smoothly grounded construction. The finishing flavours have delicacy, but also only medium length.
