Medium lemon yellow colour. Spicy notes of bâtonnage, also citrus fruit, roasted hazelnut. The palate is accessible with fresh acidity, a full-bodied, slightly viscous mid-palate and clear extract sweetness that emphasises the fruit on the finish. A pinch of carbon dioxide refreshes from the start through to the finish.
