Tasting from 01.01.2024: Ulrich Sautter

A light strawberry red in colour. The nose is still very yeasty, with sweet cherry and plum fruit. The palate is supple and slightly sweet, but the good texture and a good aroma prevent the wine from appearing clumsy due to the sweetness.
