Prune and rum-steeped fruit on the nose, beeswax, Amarena cherries. The palate has depth, the strength of the alcohol is tamed by firm, fleshy tannins, integrated by a smooth base and flanked by juiciness and a restrained acidity. An XXL wine for an XXL steak.
