The aroma combines the typical spicy-green and tropical-fruity notes of the variety, passion fruit, green gooseberries, boxwood. Lively freshness on the palate, clearly fruity with a fine sweetness and good acidity, lingers juicy and long, versatile gastronomic companion. Taupuhi, which means "darling" in the Maori language, delights in a modern Sauvignon Blanc style.
