Tasting from 08.08.2025: Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach

A distinctly spicy bouquet with notes of five-spice. Also cherry, raspberry, and currant leaves. Hints of oyster shell and nutmeg. Elegant and expressive on the palate, with lovely acidity, well-integrated oak, and shell-like fruit. Fine-grained, chalky tannins; a long, salty-like finish.
