Clear greenish yellow with persistent mousse. Reminiscent of grapefruit, pineapple and pear on the nose, with a hint of yellow flowers on the finish. Light-footed on the palate, reminiscent of chamomile, animating tension and freshness in the mid-palate, well-integrated dosage, fruity-sweet finish.
