Bright straw yellow with a persistent, somewhat coarse-grained mousse. Honey, hazelnut, yellow fruit and subtle yeasty notes on the nose. A certain juiciness on the palate, reminiscent of pêche melba, rich in structure, but flattens out somewhat in the finish.
